Who This Covers
This policy governs all authorized users of the axeumCARE product family — including axeumFLOW at care.axeumai.com and its companion products axeumAURA, axeumCOMPANION, and axeumSENSE. It applies to Axeum staff and to authorized users of any healthcare practice or organization granted access in writing by Axeum.
Authorized Use
You may access the axeumCARE products only for legitimate clinical, operational, and administrative purposes on behalf of the healthcare practice or organization for which you have been granted access. Access is tied to your individual account credentials. You may not share credentials or allow others to use your account.
Protected Health Information
- PHI may only be accessed, reviewed, or discussed through the authorized interfaces of the axeumCARE products.
- You may not transmit PHI through unauthorized channels (personal email, SMS, unapproved messaging applications, or any channel not covered by an executed Business Associate Agreement).
- You may not export or download bulk PHI without written authorization from your practice administrator and Axeum.
- You may not use data from the axeumCARE products for any purpose outside your authorized scope of employment or engagement.
Access Logging and Monitoring
All access to the axeumCARE products is logged and monitored. Log records are cryptographically signed and append-only. You have no expectation of privacy in your use of these products. Audit records may be produced in legal proceedings, regulatory investigations, or payer audits.
Session Security
Sessions automatically timeout after a period of inactivity (60 minutes in axeumFLOW). You are responsible for logging out before leaving an unattended workstation. You must report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately to your practice administrator and to Axeum at security@axeumai.com.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: attempt to access data outside your authorized tenant or practice scope; circumvent or disable security controls; use the axeumCARE products to transmit malware or conduct unauthorized testing; scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data; reverse engineer any component of the platform; or use the axeumCARE products in any manner that violates HIPAA, applicable state law, or your employment obligations.
Violations
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension of access, termination of the advisor or employment relationship, and reporting to applicable regulatory authorities. Certain violations may constitute federal or state criminal offenses.
